Cimbali is based in Italy, near Milan. The 4 manufacturing plants cover a total of 75,000 square meters, of which 40,000 square meters indoor, and represent the world's largest area completely dedicated to the production of professional espresso coffee machines.

R&D - Products are wholly designed in-house and a team of engineers provides quick response to specific market requirements, thus always ensuring reliable machines and an in-the-cup result in line with the standards imposed by Cimbali tradition. The department includes a high-tech unit specialized on software design and development.
After Sales - As leader in high-tech durable products Cimbali must guarantee correct operation of its equipment anytime, anywhere. The after-sales support department consists of a staff of specialized technicians working as backup to local assistance centers around the world. The distribution network is so trained and constantly updated as to be able to professionally assist end-users in a timely manner. Every year hundreds of technicians and end-users are hosted by Cimbali's modern central training facilities, where up to 8 courses can be run simultaneously.
